Delete your All About Money account

All About Money is operated by SilverOakApps Pty Ltd. You can request permanent deletion of your account and the data associated with it even if you no longer have the app installed.

How to request deletion

1. Email hello@silveroakapps.com with the subject All About Money account deletion request.
2. Send the request from the email address linked to your All About Money account and include that address in your message.
3. Complete any identity-verification step we send you. This protects your account from unauthorised deletion.

We will acknowledge your request and complete it within 30 days after verification.

What will be deleted

We will permanently delete your All About Money account, profile information, connected portfolio and holding data, imported wallet and exchange data, and other data associated with your account from our active systems. Where applicable, we will also instruct service providers processing this data for us to delete it.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited records only where required for legal or regulatory obligations, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. We isolate retained records from normal product use and delete them when the applicable retention period expires. Residual encrypted backup copies are removed through our normal backup-retention cycle.
