The alpha program provides early access to features that may be incomplete or contain bugs. By participating, you acknowledge that the Service may not function as expected. Alpha testers who sign up during this period are eligible for a lifetime 50% discount on premium plans, subject to our discretion.

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service in an automated manner
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SilverOakApps Pty Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party exchanges, wallets, and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilverOakApps Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or investment losses.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you may request export of your data by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.
